Agile: an approach

Agile was born in 2001 thanks to a collective of 17 people. They did not create methods but a Manifesto with a set of values and principles.

Why Agile?

The objective of the Agile approach in 3 points:

  • Deliver a product, an offer, a quality service that meets the expectations of customers and users
  • Iterate, increment and improve continuously
